[PATCH] Cross-compilation document

  I like the document. It's target-independent and applicable to MIPS too. Also I like the idea to split up the content into a couple of documents. In that case it will be easy to add more examples later. For example there are some interesting cases related to using Clang with Sourcery CodeBench MIPS Toolchain.
