Hi,

I'm seeing a warning from this code:
/code/llvm/projects/libcxx/src/optional.cpp:21:22: warning: function
previously declared with an explicit exception specification
redeclared with an implicit exception specification
[-Wimplicit-exception-spec-mismatch]
bad_optional_access::~bad_optional_access() = default;
                     ^
/code/llvm/projects/libcxx/include/optional:142:13: note: previous
declaration is here
    virtual ~bad_optional_access() _NOEXCEPT;

Please consider the attached patch.
