[PATCH] Remove instantiations of OwningPtr<T> and IntrusiveRefCntPtr<T> for every AST node type.

  I am not going to check this in, unless I need to.
  These changes were little hacks to get the code compiling again in MSVC.
  I am working on a larger change that should fix it long term, I think.
