[PATCH] Add clang-format VS extension

  I tried to open the solution in VS2012, but it failed to load: "This project is incompatible with the current edition of Visual Studio."

  I only have Visual Studio 2012 Professional on this machine, I wonder if that's the issue?

  Do you know what the project type of ClangFormat.csproj is? I thought it was a plain C# project, but there's presumably some installer/add-in type that the Pro edition doesn't support.
