r188758 - Add AVX-512 feature flag and knl cpu to clang.

Patches have been submitted to their mailing lists. I plan to change
avx-512 to avx512f to match. I didn't see a CPU name in the patch I saw.
I'll keep an eye out as both projects move forward.
