LGTM. As pointed out by Edwin it's possible to use Markdown (since Doxygen 1.8.0) to make a blockquote with '>' (http://www.doxygen.nl/markdown.html#md_blockquotes) but the generated LLVM/Clang documentation uses 1.7.5.1 apparently. http://llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com/D1207
