Use emit-llvm for some clang tests.

Hi There,

 

The attached patch adds -emit-llvm option to the following clang tests.

 

CodeGenCXX/vtable-debug-info.cpp

Driver/objc++-cpp-output.mm

Driver/objc-cpp-output.m

 

The object file output doesn't seem necessary for the purpose of these tests
but causes them to fail for Hexagon.

 

Please let me know if it's okay to commit.
