Patch for LibASTMatchersTutorial

[Béatrice Creusillet]

Hi everybody,

I ran through Steps 1 and 2 of the above mentioned tutorial, and met 
some difficulties completing Step 2 due to mere missing "#include" and 
"using namespace". I propose the attached patch, in the hope this is the 
right place to do it.
