[PATCH] Introducing Use-Auto transform for cpp11-migrate

  In answer to your question about risk level, I had an idea to add support for detection and handling of user-defined iterators at a higher risk level. Although implementation is not high on my agenda right now. I have two other major use-auto patches that need to go through review first.

  Where would be a good place to put these ideas for future improvements? cpp11-migrate docs?
