What's a "normal" mail client?

Ok, I can fold patches but do you have a recommendation on how to decide
which patches to fold together?  Folding patches from the same file
seems an obvious choice but beyond that I'm not sure how to decide.
I'll fold patches from the same files and see how many I have left.
