Well, I definitely need at the very least:

1) libclang C API bindings to manipulate CommandTraits::RegisteredCommands,
and/or
2) Exposing unknown inline commands in XML

It's fine if you want to remove the AST traversal routines; now is the time
to do it if you're going to!
