Is criswell not on cfe-commits? Then the message would be moderated. Not sure of the best way to fix this:
- add an exception for messages that look like commits (may not be possible with listserv)
- send the commit messages from a dedicated address (ruins Reply button)
- auto-subscribe committers to cfe-commits (doesn't help if they leave)
