[cfe-commits] [PATCH] Add __builtin_readcyclecounter

Hello,

Please review this patch which adds a __builtin_readcyclecounter()
intrinsic. LLVM provides i64 @llvm.readcyclecounter(), but clang does
not have a corresponding intrinsic.
