Since -working-directory expects an absolute path, I'm hard-pressed to
think of a reasonable way to implement a test case for this that would
work across all platforms.

I could make working-directory support relative paths as well, but it
seems like overkill just so we can have a test case.

Thoughts or suggestions?  Or should I just skip the test case?
