[cfe-commits] [Patch] std::string and MSVC

Hi,

Attached patch enables by default -fdelayed-template-parsing on Windows
that MSVC's STL requires to parse std::string (see
<http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=10528>).

Does that make sense?
