[cfe-commits] [PATCH] More ASTReader cleanups with TypeIDs

Following Doug's lead to continue cleaning up the ASTReader and how IDs are handle.  This patch cleans up and generalizes TypeID loading and uses a similar table-lookup to Doug's previous Decl patch.
