[cfe-commits] [PATCH] Correcting documentation

I found some faulty documentation in a couple of places in Parser.h and 
Parser.cpp. I took the approach of removing documentation from the 
header and placing correct documentation in the source.

This is my first submitted patch, so please let me know if I'm not 
following protocol.
