I know the fact, built-clang.exe costs too startup time.
I don't know why.

Would you like to examine below?

  - rebaseall
  - copy all *.exe's and use them. (eg. cp *.exe path/to/somewhere

I want to know why built-clang.exe is too heavy on cygwin.

ps. some llvm tools might be slow. try.
