Here's a patch for improving the Getting Started and Hacking web pages.

Revised the Unix-like section to separate the build steps and remove
the unnecessary make in the clang directory (since make at the llvm
directory will build clang too).

Added GnuWin32 tools to the Visual Studio sections in both the Getting
Started and Hacking pages, since only the GnuWin32 grep works with the
tests.
