Odd, the attribution seemed wrong.  Anyway, Doug just fixed this.   
Daniel will have to puzzle out why the bot fingered the apparent wrong  
person.  I like trusting testing bots, specially when they finger  
people and patches.  Could have been a change in llvm that tripped it  
up, if I had to guess.
