[cfe-commits] Bunch of aliasing rules violations warnings in clang

For me these don't turn up unless doing a release build.  This may be  
a reason why they haven't been diligently fixed (as people don't  
regularly see these warnings, as we aren't doing regular release drops  
of clang).  I agree that we should fix them.  I also think that - 
Werror might be a good idea, but I don't think we should turn on - 
Werror until after the current warnings are fixed.
