If I read you comment correctly, you said that ObjCInterfaceDecl
cannot be derived from TypeDecl because it isn't a ScopedDecl. I think
ObjCInterfaceDecl can be a TypeDecl of a ScopedDecl, representing the
global scope. I am talking in abstract as I don't know how global
scope is represented in clang these days.
