  [GlobalISel][KnownFPClass] Fix `computeKnownFPClass` for `G_INTRINSIC_FPTRUNC_ROUND` (#223741)

Fixes https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/221010

`G_INTRINSIC_FPTRUNC_ROUND` was mistakenly grouped with the
round-to-integer functions. I have fixed it by having it use the
`G_FPTRUNC` logic.
