  [MemoryBuiltins] Preserve profiles when optimizing llvm.objectsize (#227397)

In some cases when lowering llvm.objectsize (e.g., when the object
pointer comes from a select), we end up with a select in the output. We
can trivially preserve the branch weights due to the condition being the
same in some cases.
