  PowerPC: Mark TLS call pseudo clobbers dead at build time

The GETtls* pseudos carry the _tls_get_addr call clobber set in their
Defs list. Only the address returned in GPR3 is used, so mark the
remaining defs dead when the call is built instead of relying later
inference that the register is dead.
