  [yaml2obj][COFF] Add BBAddrMap support to yaml2coff (#224504)

Teach yaml2coff to emit .llvm_bb_addr_map sections using the same
BBAddrMap YAML schema as yaml2elf.

Treat Entries as the complete section payload and reject its use with
SectionData, StructuredData, or SizeOfRawData.
