  [BOLT,test] Add missing pipe in dwarf5-debug-names-skip-forward-decl.s (#226338)

With cl::Grouping, --check-prefix=POSTCHECK parses as -c -h..., so
llvm-dwarfdump prints --help and exits 0, and the checks never run.
