  [compiler-rt][test] `__aeabi_uread*` now take a const pointer (#225564)

Discussion inspired by a review comment when these were added prompted a
change to RTABI making these take const pointers. Update the test to
match.

This is a pretty insignificant change but cleans up a few warnings.
