  [SLP]Drop disjoint flag for copyable lanes modeled as op(V, V)

or disjoint(V, V) is poison unless V is zero, so propagating the
flag from the scalar instructions miscompiles the synthesized
self-op lanes. Keep it for identity-modeled and zero lanes.
