  [Docs][AMDGPU] Consistent use of "wave-uniform", "per-lane" and "immediate" (#209974)

When documenting DMA operations, use consistent qualifiers
(wave-uniform, per-lane, immediate) instead of referring to SGPRs and
VGPRs.
