  [libc][NFC] Remove a compiler warning for MPCommon (#205264)

Local build on Linux platform reports a compiler warning:
llvm-project/libc/utils/MPFRWrapper/MPCommon.cpp:546:15: warning:
implicit conversion loses integer precision: 'long' to 'int'
[-Wshorten-64-to-32]
