  [AMDGPU] Improve the description of asyncmark semantics

- The semantics of asyncmarks is now definded purely in terms of sequences,
  without referring to the implementation.
- The examples incorrectly used (post)dominance. Fixed that with wording in
  terms of asyncmark sequences.
