  [AArch64] Combine cases with the same code in `expandMOVImm` (NFC) (#187843)

Combine cases for `ORRWri`, `ORRXri`, `ANDXri` and `EORXri` in
`AArch64ExpandPseudoImpl::expandMOVImm`, because these cases are handled
with exactly the same code.
