  [LoopVectorizer] Rename variable (NFC). (#180585)

Since TargetTransformInfo::enableAggressiveInterleaving(bool
HasReductions) takes the HasReductions argument, the LoopVectorizer
should save its returned value in a variable called AggressivelyInterleave
instead of AggressivelyInterleaveReductions.
