  [lldb-dap][windows] fix invalid path substitution for lldb-dap (#180237)

https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/178642 added
`lldb/test/Shell/DAP/TestSTDINConsole.test` with an incorrect
`%lldb-dap` expansion. This patch fixes it.
