  [NFC][LLVM-Tests] Specialize test suite for LLVM unit tests (#161442)

Remove `UnitTests` from LLVM_TEST_DEPENDS_COMMON and create a
specialized lit suite for unit-tests and that depends only on
`UnitTests`.
