  [LoongArch][MC] Add support for disassembly option "no-aliases" (#132900)

This parallels the GNU Binutils feature's usage. A hidden command-line
option `--loongarch-no-aliases` is also added, similar to how
`--loongarch-numeric-reg` is for the `numeric` option.
