  [lld][LoongArch] Precommit test for TLSDESC GD/LD to LE/IE.

Add symbol `d` in loongarch-tlsdesc-extreme.s/loongarch-tlsdesc-pcrel20-s2.s,
which is placed at 0x1000. After optimization to LE, it will generate
two instructions.
