  Revert "[ARM] Stop gluing ALU nodes to branches / selects" (#118232)

Reverts llvm/llvm-project#116970.

This change broke Wine compiled for armv7, causing segfaults when
starting Wine. See llvm/llvm-project#116970 for more detailed discussion
about the issue.
