  [lldb][Windows] Fixed the test TestGdbRemoteMemoryTagging (#92077)

Windows path is case insensitive. Tests `test_QMemTags_packets` and
`test_qMemTags_packets` will use the same build dir and conflict. Added
a suffix to resolve conflicts.
