https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/issues/1833 was fixed by
https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/commit/4b3520fd93cd49cc56dfcab45d90735cc2e35af7
which was included in v8.1.1.

The buildbot is now using v8.1.3 so the test is passing.
