  [analyzer] Fix a crash on copy elided initialized lambda captures

Inside `ExprEngine::VisitLambdaExpr()` we wasn't prepared for a
copy elided initialized capture's `InitExpr`. This patch teaches
the analyzer how to handle such situation.
