  [LLDB] Skip TestIOHandlerPythonREPLSigint.py on AArch64/Linux

TestIOHandlerPythonREPLSigint.py is running falky on AArch64/Linux
buildbot failing randomly. Skipping it for AArch64/Linux as well.
