  [llvm-objdump] Remove --cfg option from command guide

The llvm-objdump command guide has the option --cfg which was removed
from the tool by 888320e9fa5eb33194c066f68d50f1e73c5fff5e in 2014. This
change updates the command guide to reflect this.
