[vmkit-commits] Renaming

Hi all!

I will make some changes in the global design of vmkit: I will mainly
rename the package mvm into vmkit and replace all the names that
contain mvm to use vmkit. I will also modify the directories (Mvm will
be vmkit and include/mvm/*, include/mvm/Threads/*, include/mvm/* will
be in include/vmkit/*). If you have pending changes to commit (or even
pending branches!), be careful :). I will probably make these updates
on friday during the day, if you want, I can wait,
