[Release-testers] lldb in the 11.0.0 binaries for x86

I decided to include them in the x86 binaries that I built because it's
convenient to have.

Another community member was providing Ubuntu 20.04 builds and we never
coordinated on this item. So - no, not intentional but likely easy to fix.

I'll include it in my 11.0.1 builds. Which reminds me I've been behind on
rc1. Sorry, I'll get on it.
