Hi,

Just a reminder that the deadline for submitting patches to the 3.9
branch is Monday.

To nominate a patch, create a bugzilla ticket with the subject:
"Merge rxxxxxx into the 3.9 branch " and add it as a blocker for
the meta bug: https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=30261

If you are a code owner please check if there are any bugs assigned
to you that are waiting on your approval.
