[Openmp-dev] Removing openmp/testsuite directory

Hello everyone,

The testsuite directory, as far as I can see, is no longer used.  The tests were converted to the lit format and put inside openmp/runtime/test.  Also, the openmp/testsuite directory has not been updated since 2015.

Is anyone opposed to removing the openmp/testsuite directory?
