[Openmp-dev] Fix compilation for OpenMP 3.0

Hi,

 

I'm doing some experiments with the OpenMP RTL.

It seems that the code doesn't compile for OpenMP 3.0
(-DLIBOMP_OMP_VERSION=30).

Find attached a patch that should fix the problem.

If you agree, I could commit it.
