[Openmp-dev] Future of the LLVM OpenMP runtime

Apologies to hi-jack the thread a bit

Why isn't the external Intel OpenMP implementation - which is complete 
and fully functionally just reviewed and merged in 1 big commit? (if one 
big commit is "bad" - it could be reviewed all at one time and then 
broken into pieces)

This would consolidate the effort into a single call for help, 
"instantly" get clang to be a fully functional OMP compiler and make 
testing going down the road significantly easier.
